A lot of notification sounds are available for Android phones, but you can also download ringtones and notification sounds for other phones. You can find a list of them in the app.
It's very easy to use this app. All you have to do is click on the button that says "Set as Ringtones" or "Set as Notification Sound" and then select the file that you want to set.
